Eaton Rapids, MI, April 9, 2017:  We are only as good as our last project but ASTI Environmental is pleased to report that we recently completed our 10,012th project, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of an 80-year old historic elementary school at 208 King Street, Eaton Rapids, MI.  The project was led by Environmental Site Assessor Dave Isabell, under the direction of Joe Beutler, ASTIs Director of the West Michigan market.  ASTI works nationally, served West Michigan for 32 years, and has maintained an office at 660 Cascade West Parkway SE, Grand Rapids, MI since 1992.

ASTIs developer client plans to invest $8million to repurpose the building into affordable senior housing.
