WACKERMAN TO UNVEIL 1ST ANNUAL MICHIGAN EMERGING REAL ESTATE TRENDS REPORT

Brighton, MI, November 12, 2013:  University of Michigan / Urban Land Institute Real Estate Forum Chair and President of ASTI Environmental, Tom Wackerman, will unveil the first annual Michigan Real Estate Trends Report at the 27th Annual UM/ULI Real Estate Forum on November 20-21, 2013.  The report will be presented from 1:30 - 2:00 on the 21st at the Lansing Center in Lansing, Michigan.  The report will be presented in conjunction with the national Emerging Real Estate Trends report presented by ULI. This year also marks the first time that the Real Estate Forum has been brought to Lansing.    

Surveys and interviews were conducted with Michigan's leading Real Estate professionals, MEDC and MSHDA to guide the development of the final report that assesses the multiple-asset classes of Real Estate- Multi-Family, Office, Retail and Industrial.    Copies of the both reports will be provided at no fee for conference attendees.
