ASTI Environmental was retained by Provisions, LCC to conduct Due Diligence for the Bay City Business Center. ASTI Environmental performed a Phase I, Phase II Environmental Assessment, and Baseline Environmental Assessment using Brownfield Grant Funding.

The Bay City Business Center has been awarded a LEED Gold Certification for its energy saving and environmentally friendly initiatives.
