ASTI Environmental (ASTI) provides soil and groundwater investigations to further assess possible environmental impacts on your property.  Soil and groundwater investigations are more commonly called Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and take place after a recognized environmental condition (REC) is discovered during a Phase I ESA.  Additionally, ASTI provides remediation to remove soil and groundwater contamination. ASTI’s staff includes geologists,    hydrogeologists, and professional engineers, which have the experience and knowledge to solve any environmental challenge. 


PHASE II INVESTIGATION PROGRAMS

Through ASTI’s Soil and Groundwater Investigations you will receive expert assistance with site options and your projects will be completed on time and within budget.  Our Phase II ESA services provide the level of investigation necessary to take advantage of the liability protection offered under various state and federal regulations.  ASTI’s comprehensive investigation services include:
