EPA SITE ASSESSMENT GRANT
OAKLAND COUNTY, MI
ASTI has been contracted by Oakland County to be on a team to implement their EPA Site Assessment Grants. Of all the contractors, ASTI Environmental was the first one to receive approval of the project QAPP (leading by seven months) and was the first to present projects for site investigation activities.
The scope of services include; preparation of a project specific Quality Assurance Project Plan; preparation site specific Sampling Plans and Health and Safety Plans; conducting Phase I and Phase II investigations; preparing Baseline Environmental Assessments; preparing Brownfield Plans; and providing documentation and reporting to support the grants.
Through this grant, ASTI Environmental is providing environmental consulting services for the first mixed used residential project in downtown Pontiac in decades. Services received by the developer include; Phase I ESA, Phase II Investigation, Response Activities Plan, and a Brownfield Plan
