ASTI Environmental was retained by Provisions, LCC to conduct Due Diligence for the Bay City Business Center.  ASTI Environmental performed a Phase I, Phase II Environmental Assessment, and Baseline Environmental Assessment using Brownfield Grant Funding.   

About the Bay City Business Center:
The Bay City Business Center is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certified Mixed use facility located in Bay City, MI.  The property is home to Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and Michigan Department of Energy, Labor, and Economic Growth.  Future plans for this site include a bank, office buildings, and retail development.  

The Bay City Business Center has been awarded a LEED Gold Certification for its energy saving and environmentally friendly initiatives.  The initiatives include walls insulated with recycled blue jeans, fluorescent lights that adjust their intensity depending on existing natural light, and a working wind turbine that supplies 30% of the buildings power.
