ASTI PROJECT IN THE NEWS

Michigan Construction News,  July 27, 2012: SITE PLAN UNDER REVIEW FOR ALL SEASONS OF BIRMINGHAM
The site plan for a proposed 153,249 square foot senior living facility is being refined for a site at 820 East Maple Street in Birmingham.

The project, to be developed as All Seasons of Birmingham, is slated for a 1.84 acre property formerly used for the William R. Hamilton
Funeral Home.  Serving as developers are Etkin Equities LLC, Southfield and Beztak Properties, Farmington Hills.  The existing buildings
on the property are to be demolished.

The building is to include 3 and 4 story high components, containing a total of 123 multiple family dwelling units and eight live/work units.
At-grade parking will also be provided. Serving as Architect is Alex Bogaerts + Associates, Bloomfield Hills.

It's anticipated the project will cost approximately $25 million.  Once final city approvals are received construction is expected to take 18 months.

The Birmingham Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary site plan for the project earlier this month and expects to bring it
up again at it's August 8th meeting.
